A Favourite Raw Salad

Natalia's Favourite Raw Salad INGREDIENTS 4 generous handfuls baby romaine lettuce and/or baby spinach1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved3 ounces raw goat cheddar, grated (Alta Dena is a good brand)1/4 cup fresh lemon juiceStevia to taste1 tablespoon diced fresh garlicFresh herbs (optional) METHOD Toss all the ingredients together in a large bowl and serve. You can season the salad with fresh herbs such as basil, oregano, rosemary, or chives, or grated beet, for a more gourmet flavor, but it is simply delicious on its own. SERVINGS 2-4 servings Recipe from Forever Beautiful by Natalia Rose
