We are committed to providing high-quality educational programs, memberships, digital resources, and products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Courses & Educational Programs
Our digital courses, live immersions, workshops, and educational programs include immediate access to proprietary content, digital resources, live sessions, replay recordings, companion materials, and/or community benefits.
Because these resources become available upon enrollment, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Once a live program has commenced or digital materials have been accessed, we may be unable to provide a full refund.
Live Programs & Immersions
Programs, Immersions, Courses, and Coaching such as the School Of Power, guided cleanses, workshops, mentorships, and other live educational experiences are delivered over a scheduled period and include immediate access to live instruction and supporting resources.
If you decide to withdraw after a program has begun, we will review your request in light of:
the portion of the program already delivered;
your participation in live sessions;
access to replay recordings, companion resources, and community benefits; and
the circumstances surrounding your request.
Any refund offered is at the sole discretion of Natalia Rose Institute.

Payment Plans
Payment plans are offered as a convenience to make our programs more accessible.
They are not monthly subscriptions and represent installment payments toward the total purchase price.
If a refund request is approved, any refund will take into consideration the services and benefits already provided.
Community Memberships
Monthly and annual memberships may be canceled at any time to prevent future renewals.
Unless otherwise required by law, membership fees already paid are non-refundable.

Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, they are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Physical Products
Physical products, including The Enlightener™ and replacement parts, are subject to our Enlightener Fulfillment Policy.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that every situation is unique.
