This Fulfillment Policy explains how Natalia Rose Institute processes, ships, and supports orders for the Enlightener, replacement parts, accessories, and related products.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.

Processing times may vary during holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand.

Shipping

We ship domestically and internationally where available.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs charges, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges required by their country.

Natalia Rose Institute is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or import processing.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Delivery

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been delivered to the carrier.

Damaged or Missing Items

Whenever possible, include:

  • photographs of the packaging;

  • photographs of the product;

  • your order number; and

Replacement Parts & Accessories

Customers are responsible for ensuring they purchase the correct replacement component.

Setup & Support

Where applicable, setup guidance, instructional materials, or setup consultations may be provided as part of your purchase.

Customers are responsible for following all instructions provided.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of the Enlightener and its components, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can promptly assist you with a replacement or resolution.

Warranty

Any applicable warranty information will be provided with the product where applicable.

This policy does not extend warranties beyond those expressly provided by Natalia Rose Institute.
