Welcome to the Natalia Rose Institute Membership & Subscription Policy. This policy explains how our recurring memberships and subscriptions operate.
Membership Access
Memberships provide access to the Natalia Rose online community and the benefits included with your selected membership tier.
Membership benefits may include live community sessions, digital resources, educational content, member discussions, exclusive recordings, and other features described at the time of enrollment.
Membership benefits may evolve over time as we continue to improve the member experience.
Billing & Renewals
Memberships are billed according to the subscription plan selected at the time of purchase (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period using your original payment method.
Refunds relating to recurring memberships are governed by our Refund Policy.
Managing Your Subscription
You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date.
Cancellation will stop future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law, payments already processed are non-refundable.
Following cancellation, your membership benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we may retry the payment using the payment method on file.
Membership access may be suspended until payment has been successfully received.
Changes to Membership Benefits
From time to time, we may improve, update, replace, or retire certain features, resources, or community offerings.
These updates are made to continually enhance the overall member experience and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
Member Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a respectful, supportive, and welcoming community.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund for conduct that is abusive, unlawful, disruptive, or inconsistent with our community values.
